We have a foursquare in Regent Square with a Pittsburgh toilet in the basement. We recently replaced all of the sewer pipes in the basement and had waterproofing done by Keystone. We're planning to finish the basement and turn it into a home theater/fitness area with a 3/4 bathroom, laundry room and utility room. The floor is uneven and has some seepage issues. We're hoping to get an estimate for either complete finishing, or at least a flooring estimate. Do you do complete remodels with framing etc? If so, we'd be interested in talking about that. Otherwise we're interested in an estimate for flooring.
