Ron Strader
Total Basement Finishing by Energy Swing Windows
Ron joined Energy Swing Windows in 2007. He came in as our manufacturing manager on the production floor, working closely with Steve while learning the ins and outs of ESW production. Soon after that, he moved into the role of Director of Manufacturing. He wears many hats within the company. In addition to overseeing our production line, he does all of the order entry from products to materials needed for each job, most of the woodwork to complete projects, and completes 90% of our service calls. He is great with our customers as well as our vendors. He has formed working relationships with our vendors that are invaluable to the company.
In addition to that, he also finds time in his day to take care of building or vehicle maintenance. He is also more than willing to help out the girls in the front office with anything they may need. He is a jack of all trades.
When Ron is not at Energy Swing Windows, he enjoys being a true family man. He has been married to his wife Robin since 2010 and is blessed with 3 beautiful kids, Jazmine, Gabrielle, and Cyler. Ron stays active in his community as a Free Mason and "enjoys the masonry brotherhood", as well as is very involved with his church as an elder and member of the board of sessions. He is a true team player for all of his co-workers, a positive example for his family, and sets out to do the right thing for our wonderful clients.
