How We're Adapting & How We Can Still Help You 

Dear Friends,

We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy during this difficult time. Energy Swing Windows & Total Basement Finishing are comprised of 25 dedicated employees who have families of their own to support, so we’re in this together with you.

With the stay-at-home order in effect for all PA residents who have non-life sustaining jobs, our manufacturing and installation operations have been temporarily suspended and all our team members have been sent home. Like any business impacted by these events, it will take some time for us to fully recover, especially because this would be our busiest time of the year under normal circumstances.

That’s the bad news.

But, this letter is about the good news. When it has been declared safe to do so, Energy Swing Windows will resume all operations and come back stronger than ever.

In the meantime, we have adapted our consultation process from a face-to-face meeting to a virtual one and have implemented a limited-time “at cost” pricing model designed to help any customer who is willing and able to help us right now.

Technology enables us to undertake any new project without upfront physical interaction. From a consulting perspective, this means we can deliver the same 5-star service with our new Internet-based proposal system, and personalized in-home style virtual meetings via phone and/or video chat. This is simple to do with any mobile device or personal computer. We're happy to walk you through the steps to ensure you receive a detailed presentation to make informed decisions and receive the full value of the Energy Swing experience.

About that “at-cost” pricing model I mentioned above…

While we’ve built an installation backlog that will help us get started when our manufacturing and installation teams safely return to work, losing our busy season means we’re going to have to play catch-up…big-time. If you’re willing and able to help us right now, we’re willing to give you (and your referrals) products “at-cost” now through April 30. We won’t make a penny of profit, which means you’ll save as much as 10% off our lowest quoted prices. Additionally, our banks have made us some very attractive offers for extended payment options that we can pass on to you.
